My best friend and I made Thai Chicken Pizza for supper on Tuesday and ate almost two full pizzas. We got the recipe from This Homemade Life and made two modifications- we added chicken and drizzed peanut butter over top of the pizza when it was cooked. We both didn't feel like waiting for pizza crust to rise, and were so hungry when we got home from work, so we used pre-made multigrain thin crust. We sliced our vegetables, shredded our chese, made the sauce and cooked the chicken in under 15 minutes. Since the dough was pre-made, and already cooked, we only had to bake the pizza for about 10 minutes, meaning we had a full meal in under 30 minutes. Not to mention, this may be the best pizza I've had in a long time.
I found this recipe on an amazing food blog called This Homemade Life. Allison at The Homemade Life has tasty and easy recipes that can be thrown together after work or extravagantly created for a dinner party. Check out the recipe for Thai Pizza here.
This is a must try for anyone who is a peanut butter addict (hello, my name is Bhreagh and I'm addicted to peanut butter)! The thai sauce is a combination of sweet chili sauce, peanut butter, honey and teriyaki sauce- and it's to die for. I can't wait to make this delicious pizza again.
Cheers,
Bhreagh
